In a society with a rapidly expanding elderly population, ensuring our senior citizens live their golden years with social security, compassionate care, and dignity is a sacred responsibility.
We identify and track senior citizens who have been abandoned or left unsupported by their families, who labored tirelessly throughout their youth in the unorganized sector without any formal pension or healthcare cover. We provide them regular financial support, medicines, and food rations.
Nearly 3 out of 5 single elderly women in India are destitute, and 2 out of 3 rural seniors remain entirely dependent on others. To address this crisis permanently, Bhartiya Jan Jagriti Welfare Society is establishing a dedicated Retirement & Elder Care Sanctuary equipped with geriatric healthcare, hygienic rooms, spiritual libraries, and holistic companionship.
"Your small act of kindness—in the form of monthly elder sponsorship or volunteering your time—can wipe away loneliness and brighten their autumn."
